<p>Front desk staff represents and embodies the compassionate mission of the Supportive Housing Ministry which provides quality affordable housing to the most vulnerable members of our society. This position is for a 51-unit project providing permanent supportive housing and recuperative care (SHARC) for homeless and low-income individuals located in Anchorage, AK. Must be comfortable working in a Housing First and Harm Reduction setting. The Front Desk Staff position duties are primarily front desk, office, support, customer service, and security duties for a building with 24/7 staff.</p>

<li>2 years Experience working in human services, social work, or related field</li>

<p>Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.</p>
