How you will create an impact<ul><li>
This role will focus on underwriting new and renewal business to help drive the profitable growth of our Energy Portfolio and will have the opportunity to support all Minor Lines (Power and Utilities, Renewables, Oil and Gas, Chemical and Mining).</li><li>
You will be responsible for assessing the desirability of risk through regular contact with brokers, close co-ordination with AIG subject matter experts and robust reviews of claims history and general company information.
</li><li>Your relationships with brokers will be key to your success. You will need to provide excellent service to brokers through a consistent, timely, and proactive approach to underwriting. You will also aim to generate new business by expanding your broker network, attending broker events, and building new relationships across the market &ndash; in line with a sales plan established with your manager.</li><li>
Another key aspect of the role is the provision of accurate monthly management information including submissions, bind rate, average premium, and total premium.</li></ul> 
What you&rsquo;ll need to succeed<ul><li>
Some underwriting experience is preferred; however, you are welcome to apply if you have other relevant professional experience.</li><li>
The ability to analyze financial statements.</li><li>
Strong communication, networking and relationship building skills.</li><li>
Good organizational and time management skills.</li><li>
Customer and Sales orientated behaviors: motivated, tenacious, focused, technically skilled, proactive, and accountable.</li><li>
Business Spanish language proficiency is required, as clients will include Latin America</li></ul>

 Kelly Services is partnering with an internationally recognized luxury retailer seeking a Head of Operations &amp; Supply Chain to lead U.S. operations. This is a highly visible leadership role reporting directly to executive management and offers the opportunity to build scalable processes while supporting rapid retail growth across boutiques, wholesale, and eCommerce.

 What You'll Own
 
 
 <ul>

 Lead all U.S. operations, supply chain, logistics, inventory, customer service, and fulfillment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop inventory strategies supporting retail stores, wholesale accounts, and eCommerce.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage forecasting, replenishment, inventory planning, and product allocation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee warehouse operations, transportation, distribution, and third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure import/export compliance, customs documentation, and broker management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead customer service and order management for both wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee repair and after-sales operations to deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support inventory planning for boutique openings, product launches, VIP events, and special projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build KPIs, improve operational performance, and implement scalable processes that support continued growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead, mentor, and develop a team of eight operations professionals while partnering closely with global leadership.
 </li>

 What We're Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years of leadership experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory, Distribution, or Fulfillment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Luxury retail experience strongly preferred. We welcome candidates from luxury fashion, jewelry, watches, beauty, cosmetics, accessories, footwear, apparel, handbags, premium consumer goods, and omnichannel retail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing inventory across retail, wholesale, and eCommerce channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong background with warehouse operations, transportation, customs, imports/exports, and 3PL management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 ERP experience with strong Excel skills; CEGID or M3 experience is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree preferred.
 </li>
