Job Description 
You&rsquo;ll need to be team oriented and flexible, with a really good approach to electronic repair and troubleshooting. You&rsquo;ll be cross-trained on our products and you&rsquo;ll be expected to follow complex schematics in isolating issues and in assembly.
You&rsquo;ll be resolving issues, troubleshooting, installing, servicing, and repairing equipment at customer sites. That includes working on some special high-visibility projects and following up with customers.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Meeting daily service and repair needs and drive customer satisfaction</li><li>
Install, repair and maintain equipment in the field; providing customer training as required</li><li>
Document all inspections, maintenance, and repair work</li><li>
Reviews all logs for open issues and prepares formal reports to customers</li><li>
Assesses product and equipment performance and recommend modifications or improvements</li></ul>
You&rsquo;ll work closely with colleagues and Technical Support staff. This is a role that requires some travel, and may also require the ability to work outside of normal business hours. 
Qualifications 
Education/Training: Associates Degree or equivalent technical training. Electrical/Electronic Engineering related Degree. Computer literacy required, Experience with Mechanical, Electrical and advantage with IT/Networks experience.
Experience: Minimum of three years&rsquo; overall relevant experience directly involved in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems and equipment. FSE&rsquo;s should have a minimum of two years field experience with Electro-mechanical systems and preferred knowledge in IT networks. Candidate should have experience in installation, Integration, Testing and commissioning.
