 Contract &amp; Commercial Support Support the review and interpretation of contract terms from a financial perspective. Ensure compliance with contract financial clauses, including billing milestones and payment terms. Monitor variations, claims, and change orders and assess their financial impact. Support preparation of financial inputs for client negotiations and contract amendments.

The successful candidate will oversee contractor payments, cost reporting, financial controls, asset accounting, and project cost management while ensuring compliance with internal governance and contractual requirements.<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Review and certify contractor payment applications and supporting documentation.</li><li>Prepare payment certificates and maintain payment trackers.</li><li>Monitor project costs, budgets, commitments, and forecasts.</li><li>Produce cost reports and financial analysis for project stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure compliance with financial procedures and contract requirements.</li><li>Support fixed asset accounting and project capitalization activities.</li><li>Liaise with project teams, finance departments, and contractors regarding payment matters.</li><li>Monitor outstanding invoices and resolve payment-related issues.</li><li>Assist with investment planning, cost analysis, and financial reporting.</li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Quantity Surveying or related discipline.</li><li>15+ years' experience in project accounting or infrastructure finance.</li><li>Experience within utilities, infrastructure, engineering or construction projects.</li><li>Strong understanding of project costing, contractor payments and financial controls.</li><li>Experience preparing payment certificates and cost reports.</li><li>Excellent analytical and communication skills.</li><li>Advanced Excel and ERP system knowledge</li></ul>
