KEY FUNCTIONS</b><br>
Financial Management and Account Reconciliation:

<ul><li>Responsible for reviewing and validating revenue and finance data for both business and development purposes for all sections within the department (Houston-area locations, Inpatient Consult Service, and Oncology Program and LBJ Hospital).
</li><li>Performs high level analysis of the department's revenue and financial performance in collaboration with department administrator and chairperson.
</li><li>Prepares/analyzes/reviews financial reports and monitors budget, revenue and expenditures for the department.
</li><li>Oversees the monthly reconciliation process.
</li><li>Manages funds and fund allocation across multiple projects and reports appropriately.

Residency trained applicants do not need to have Hospital Medicine fellowship training- they may be hired directly out of residency.</li><li>
Both types of applicant will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to manage inpatient care of Hematology/Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant patients. They will attend to patient&rsquo;s medical needs on admitted inpatients as well as assist with new admissions.</li><li>
Based on their training, applicants can oversee junior level personnel including fellows, residents and advanced practice practitioners and can be involved in education.</li></ul><p></p><p><br>

</b></p><p>This role is essential to driving awareness, engagement and executive visibility for the organization. It ensures adherence to all compliance and regulatory requirements of our social presence enabling client- and partner-facing teams to use social media effectively and in a fully compliant manner.
</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities
</b></p><ul><li>Own and evolve the company&rsquo;s social media strategy to support business objectives.
</li><li>Develop and execute innovative enterprise-wide social media campaigns and programs that strengthen the Company&rsquo;s reputation, position our leaders, build pride among employees and spotlight our commitment to our partners, clients and communities.
</li><li>Establish KPI&rsquo;s and oversee performance reporting for all social content providing actionable insights and analysis at the campaign and channel levels to inform future strategy and content optimization.
</li><li>Lead digital listening to identify high-impact engagement opportunities.
</li><li>Direct and evolve the firm&rsquo;s social hub and social enablement programs, empowering colleagues to use social media for business purposes in compliance with regulatory standards.
</li><li>Guide executive social strategies, including CEO and executive leadership team positioning, to enhance thought leadership and engagement.
</li><li>Oversee social media governance and partner with compliance, legal, line of business and marketing teams to ensure social activity aligns with governance policies and brand standards.
</li><li>Manage digital reputation efforts to protect and defend the brand online and to identify areas of opportunity to protect and defend Corebridge&rsquo;s brand, including SEO- and GEO- optimized content for large language models (LLM&rsquo;s)
</li><li>Establish an industry influencer relations strategy working with key marketing, business, legal and compliance stakeholders to ensure a compliant program is executed while driving brand KPIs forward.
</li><li>Partner with operations to ensure best-in-class community management practices and a consistent and positive experience with customer inquiries.
</li><li>Oversee social media budget management, including agency relationships and partner with marketing colleagues on paid media strategies.
</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills and Qualifications
</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or related field.
</li><li>10+ years of progressive social media experience, with at least five years in a leadership role within the financial services industry.
</li><li>Proven success managing enterprise social media strategies, content creation and community engagement in complex organizations.
</li><li>Experience managing executive and influencer social programs, driving measurable engagement and reputation growth.
</li><li>Expertise with social publishing and listening tools.
</li><li>Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
</li><li>Exceptional communication skills- written, verbal and interpersonal &ndash; with the ability to influence at all levels.
</li><li>A collaborative mindset with a passion for creativity and innovation.
