Examples of such tasks include maintenance repair and inspection of buildings, bulkheads, piers and related components; wharf log removal and installation as needed for vessel activity and cargo movement; underground utilities; water lines; sanitary lines; storm drain systems; patching, resurfacing and striping roadways and parking areas as well as assisting skilled trade workers.</div><div></div><div> 
This is maintenance work requiring physical exertion, which is performed under all weather conditions or inside MPA buildings. Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>

Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
