About the role:
The Front Office Receptionist welcomes guests to the property, providing an exceptional guest experience at check-in, during the guest&rsquo;s stay and on departure. This role works to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction during their arrival and departure, plus responding to a wide variety of guest requests, assessing guest needs, adding personal recommendations, and aligning with Four Seasons service standards.

 6. Daily management of the Retail Outlet to present an inviting area for members and guests to shop. Discuss items of interest with members and guests encouraging them to browse and purchase. Process all sales in POS accurately and timely.

 8. Monitor and execute proper POS setup and training; ensuring the system is properly closed and paperwork submitted to accounting at the end of each shift.

 Minimum Requirements

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, CIMA, or equivalent is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 to 7 years of finance experience, preferably in hospitality, shared services, or multi-property operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, internal controls, reconciliations, audit requirements, and hotel finance operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; Power BI, ERP, hotel PMS, and accounting system experience is an advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle multiple priorities across departments and properties.
