We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Assistant Manager Guest Service to join our team in Coimbatore, India. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality guest services and assisting the Guest Service Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our hotel's front-of-house services.</p><ul><li>
Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service in areas such as arrivals, departures, rooming, and special requests</li><li>

Teritary education in any discipline and hotel related experience</li><li>

Knowledge of Opera system and other related sub-systems interfaced to the PABX and/or the hotel&rsquo;s computer system</li><li>
Knowledge of operations of Bell, Concierge &amp; Valet operations</li><li>
Knowledge of processes and procedures of delivery systems. Currently SSM/RSM</li><li>
Communication skills for all levels of colleagues/guests, confident, clear English</li><li>
Interpersonal skills to deal with guests and colleague issues</li><li>
Posses leadership qualities</li><li>
Leads to constantly improve the guest service experience</li><li>
