We are building a clinically intelligent, end-to-end AI platform designed to reduce administrative burden, enhance decision-making, and modernize healthcare delivery.As we scale, thoughtful, systems-driven, AI-accelerated design will be central to our success.Role OverviewWe are seeking an AI-Native Product Designer (UI/UX) who can design complex, data-dense clinical workflows while leveraging modern AI-powered design and prototyping tools to move at startup speed.This is not a traditional visual-only design role. It is a product-driven, systems-oriented, ownership-heavy position where design directly shapes clinical impact and product direction.At the same time, strong foundations in traditional design craft are essential. Typography, visual hierarchy, spacing, composition, interaction design, and refined aesthetic judgment matter deeply. AI tools can accelerate execution, but they cannot replace taste, restraint, and thoughtful design decision-making. The ideal candidate combines AI-native speed with timeless design sensibility.In this role, you will: Design enterprise-grade healthcare workflows Rapidly prototype using AI-assisted tools Engage directly with clinicians and users Ship production-ready design solutions2 Build scalable design systems Operate as a true product partnerYou will own design quality from discovery through shipped product, ensuring that what we build is intuitive, scalable, and clinically impactful.Key Responsibilities1. AI-Native Rapid Prototyping &amp; Iterationa. Use modern AI-powered tools (v0, Replit, Lovable, Figma AI, etc.) to translate ideas into working prototypes.b. Move from concept &rarr; prototype &rarr; feedback &rarr; iteration within days, not weeksc. Generate production-ready UI prototypes using AI-assisted coding toolsd. Maintain a strong bias toward speed, experimentation, and continuous iteration2. Clinical Workflow &amp; Enterprise UX Designa. Design intuitive interfaces for complex, data-heavy clinical workflowsb. Define user journeys, workflows, and information architecture in collaboration with Product and stakeholdersc. Reduce cognitive load for healthcare providers while preserving depth and accuracy.d. Create wireframes, high-fidelity UI, interaction patterns, and component systems in Figmae. Develop and maintain scalable design systems (components, tokens, patterns)3. User-Driven Product Thinkinga. Speak directly with clinicians and customers to understand workflows and pain pointsb. Conduct independent user interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessionsc. Translate ambiguous user problems into structured product and UX solutionsd. Demonstrate strong product thinking beyond visual execution4. Ownership &amp; Cross-Functional Leadershipa. Take full ownership of the design lifecycle from discovery to shipped productb. Proactively identify UX gaps, workflow inefficiencies, and design inconsistenciesc. Function as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering, not a service function3d. Ensure alignment between design vision and shipped product quality5. Execution &amp; Documentation Excellencea. Produce clear UX specifications, interaction documentation, and product requirement inputsb. Work closely with Engineering to preserve design intent in productionc. Advocate for accessibility, clarity, and consistency across the platform.What Success Looks Like A refined, cohesive, and thoughtfully crafted visual aesthetic across the platform. Production-ready designs ship quickly and consistently. AI tools actively accelerate design and iteration cycles. Clinical workflows feel intuitive despite underlying complexity. A scalable design system supports product expansion. High ownership, autonomy, and strong product partnership.Minimum Qualifications 3+ years experience in Product Design / UI/UX for web or enterprise applications Strong proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, design systems) Experience designing complex or workflow-heavy applications Strong information architecture and interaction design skills Demonstrated visual design fundamentals (typography, hierarchy, spacing, composition) Hands-on experience with AI-powered design/prototyping tools Ability to independently engage users and translate feedback into product improvementsStrongly Preferred Experience in healthcare, enterprise SaaS, or data-heavy dashboards Experience designing AI copilots, assistants, chat or voice interfaces Startup or early-stage product experience Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) Basic understanding of frontend implementation (HTML/CSS/React)Core Competencies1.
