<p></p><div><p>We are looking for a reliable and experienced Landscape Laborer to maintain property grounds by mowing, cutting lawns; trimming and edging along walkways, flower beds and walls; trims bushes and trees; plants bushes and flowers; applies lawn care chemicals, as needed; and removes snow and spreads salt. On-the-job- training is provided.</p>

Military Occupational Specialty Code: 11B, 12T, 88M, BU, 1341, 3E2X1</p><p></p><ul><li>Maintain property grounds</li><li>Ensure proper maintenance of mowers, blowers, and sprinkler systems</li><li>Perform a range of landscape maintenance duties including leaf removal, pruning shrubs and trees, fertilizing, lawn care and watering</li><li>Remove litter and emptying trash cans</li><li>Clean roads, parking lots and walks to ensure safety of pedestrian and vehicular traffic</li><li>Perform basic carpentry and painting tasks</li><li>Remove ice and snow from walks, roads and lots, including the application of ice melter and road sand</li><li>Establish new plants and plantings both in landscape and through greenhouse culture</li><li>Use manual and automatic watering systems to ensure adequate moisture for plantings</li><li>Perform safety checks on equipment and recommend any necessary changes to leader</li><li>Maintain safe work areas during and after work projects</li><li>Clean spills as needed, including body fluids</li></ul><p></p><div>

Groundskeepers provide a welcoming environment for our guests by maintaining the cleanliness of resort grounds, performing landscaping duties, and working on various maintenance and grounds projects.</div>
Responsibilities:
<div><b>
Groundskeeper responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</b></div><ul><li><div>
Maintains the grounds daily, including keeping landscaping, parking, walkways, and other areas on resort grounds clean, safe, and attractive</div></li><li><div>
Maintains all storage areas, shops, and mechanical areas in a clean, safe, and secure manner, reporting to the Chief Engineer any corrective actions that need to be taken</div></li><li><div>
Promptly respond to reports of guest problems or concerns and informs the front desk/Chief Engineer when action is complete</div></li><li><div>
Responsible for clearing all trash, weeds, brush and debris from the resort grounds</div></li><li><div>
Responsible for watering all plants and flowers located on resort grounds</div></li><li><div>
Responsible for weeding, mulching and tree trimming whenever necessary or as directed (This will require the use of equipment such as sheers, blade saw and other gardening tools.)</div></li><li><div>
Responsible for the maintenance of plant life throughout the resort</div></li><li><div>
Cleans resort grounds and removes litter and trash on a daily and consistent basis</div></li><li><div>
Responsible for the care, maintenance, and inventory of all grounds keeping supplies used as part of the groundskeeper role and ensures they are safe and in good working conditions</div></li><li><div>
Sweeps or blows all resort roadside entrances, walkways and resort back areas</div></li><li><div>
Performs daily walk-through of the resort grounds and identifies, reports as well as addresses areas with immediate grounds keeping needs</div></li><li><div>
Keeps Chief Engineer promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance so that prompt corrective action can be taken</div></li><li><div>
Performs job duties with a minimum of disruption to the guests</div></li><li><div>
