 to oversee and optimize the full operational lifecycle of its cross‑border remittance services. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless, secure, compliant, and cost‑efficient remittance operations across multiple corridors while driving continuous process improvement and operational excellence.

 Role Purpose:
 
 
 
 The
 
 Head of Remittance Operations
 
 will lead, streamline, and scale end‑to‑end remittance operations, including transaction processing, settlement, reconciliation, FX and liquidity management, customer support, partner engagement, and operational risk controls. The role ensures operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and exceptional service delivery across all remittance touchpoints.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 1. Operational Strategy &amp; Execution

 2. Cross‑Border Transaction Processing &amp; Reconciliation

 Implement strong multi‑currency reconciliation processes for settlements and partner payouts.
 </li>

 Collaborate with Finance to resolve discrepancies and ensure seamless fund flows.

 3. FX &amp; Liquidity Management

 Work with Treasury/Finance on FX rate management and liquidity forecasting.

 Implement operational controls to minimize currency risk.

 Optimize funding processes across multiple remittance corridors.
 </li>

 4. Customer Service &amp; Support
