 Product Development Officer
 
 who can help bring these ideas to life by supporting the operational side of product creation.
 
 
 In this role, you&rsquo;ll coordinate purchases, track shipments, support product research, and maintain the documentation that keeps product development running smoothly. Working closely with internal teams and vendors, you&rsquo;ll play an important role in ensuring products more efficiently from concept to shelf.
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist in gathering market insights, competitor research, and customer feedback to support new product ideas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Compile and summarize industry trends that can inspire future product concepts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate meetings and communication between internal teams regarding celebrity-driven product concepts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Document celebrity product requirements and ensure they are accurately communicated to the relevant teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and process purchase orders based on approved product requests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track shipments, stock levels, and product availability in collaboration with logistics and stock control teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with product development and vendor management teams to gather key information for product briefs and development timelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the review of supplier documentation to ensure basic quality and pricing requirements are met.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate communication between internal teams and manufacturers by tracking updates, documents, and queries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in coordinating production schedules and follow up with vendors to ensure timelines are met.
 </li>
 <li>
 Arrange product samples and support basic quality checks with the quality team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain records of production issues or quality concerns and escalate them when needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain organized records of product specifications, purchase orders, shipment details, and vendor communications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in preparing weekly and monthly updates on product development progress and shipment tracking.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all documents are properly stored and updated according to company guidelines.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What You Bring to the Table:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or product development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is a strong advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in Arabic and English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of product lifecycle processes and purchasing procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong coordination, organization, and follow-up skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
