 Key Responsibilities

 Own and execute the business development and growth strategy for government and financial services clients

 Drive new logo acquisition and expand existing strategic accounts across KSA
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, senior government stakeholders, and regulators
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead complex, end-to-end SaaS sales cycles, including RFPs, negotiations, and contract closure
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner closely with Product, Delivery, and Leadership teams to ensure successful implementations and long-term client success
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the business at industry events, forums, and senior-level meetings
 </li>

 Key Requirements

 Proven experience selling SaaS or enterprise technology solutions to government entities and financial institutions in Saudi Arabia

 Strong, established network and relationships across ministries, regulators, banks, and financial institutions

 Track record of closing large, complex, multi-year deals

 <li>
 Deep understanding of the Saudi procurement landscape and decision-making processes

Job Summary:
The Key Account Executive Saudi Arabia is responsible for managing and developing assigned pharmacy chain accounts across the Kingdom, supporting the Commercial Head in delivering sustainable growth, strong execution, and disciplined commercial performance.
 The role focuses on day-to-day account management, execution excellence, promotional implementation, and customer relationship building within major pharmacy groups such as Nahdi, Al-Dawaa, and other leading chains. 
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management &amp; Sales Delivery<ul><li>
Manage assigned pharmacy chain accounts under the direction of the Commercial Head.</li><li>
Deliver agreed sales targets and distribution objectives.</li><li>
Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance across accounts.</li><li>
Identify growth opportunities within assigned customers.</li></ul>
Commercial Execution &amp; Promotions<ul><li>
Execute promotional plans and commercial agreements within assigned accounts.</li><li>
Ensure correct implementation of agreed trade terms and visibility plans.</li><li>
Track promotional performance and provide feedback to Commercial and Finance teams.</li><li>
Support negotiations by preparing data, analysis, and performance reviews.</li></ul>
Distribution, Availability &amp; Visibility<ul><li>
Ensure strong product availability and minimize out-of-stocks within assigned accounts.</li><li>
Monitor in-store execution standards and visibility.</li><li>
Coordinate with supply chain to address stock or service issues.</li><li>
Support new product launches and ensure timely listing and execution.</li></ul>
Forecasting &amp; Reporting<ul><li>
Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts for assigned accounts.</li><li>
Maintain up-to-date account performance dashboards.</li><li>
Report market feedback, competitive activity, and customer insights internally.</li></ul>
Cross-Functional &amp; Stakeholder Collaboration<ul><li>
Work closely with:</li><li>
Marketing to execute campaigns and in-store activations</li><li>
Supply Chain to ensure service levels</li><li>
Finance for trade spend tracking and reconciliation</li><li>
Act as the primary operational contact for assigned customers.</li></ul> 

Requirements 
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration, Marketing, Pharmacy or related field.</li><li>
3-6 years of experience in Key Account or sales roles within FMCG, consumer health, pharma-adjacent, wellness or nutrition categories.</li><li>
Proven exposure to managing pharmacy chains in Saudi Arabia (e.g. Nahdi, Al-Dawaa or equivalent).</li><li>
Experience in promotional execution and trade coordination.</li><li>
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.</li><li>
Proficiency in Excel and sales performance tracking tools.</li></ul></div>
