Troubleshoot and problem-solve analytically while utilizing a vast knowledge base of documentation and other standard operating procedures (SOPs)</li><li>

Requirements:

Analyze and research activities as they relate to state and federal funding within assigned divisions, ensuring that all regulations and guidelines pertaining to the expenditure/revenue transactions are applied appropriately.</li><li>
Monitor and analyze short and long-term personnel costs through various statistical and quantitative methods.</li><li>
