The primary purpose of the Admissions EMAR Services Technician role is to input computer data entry of medications and medical records into client&rsquo;s Electronic Medical Records (EMR) System.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

Responsibilities:

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</b><br>

<ul><li>Enter all medication orders and medical records into the client computer system accurately and timely as per facility specific Remote Data Entry training sheets.</li><li>Process all medication and ancillary orders at a minimum productivity standard as follows:</li></ul>
 o Length of employment - zero to three months: No minimum requirement &ndash; focus on data entry skills, order sorting and typing medication only admissions (see facility specific cheat sheet).<br>
 o Length of employment - four to six months: Minimum of 2 admission processing points per hour &ndash; focus on data entry and medical records entry skills while increasing speed and accuracy. *Admission Processing Points are the point value assigned to each facility according to average time spent to process that facilities&rsquo; orders.<br>
 o Length of employment - six months and beyond: Minimum of 3 admission processing points per hour &ndash; should be fluent in all aspects of Remote Data Entry and be able to assist in training of new employees. *Admission Processing Points are the point value assigned to each facility according to average time spent to process that facilities&rsquo; orders.<br>
<ul><li>Contact client for verification of orders as needed and document correspondence and follow up in the system.</li><li>Prioritize order entry of admissions according to patient arrival time into the community.</li><li>Perform reconciliation of skilled nursing community EMR orders against pharmacy order entry as assigned.</li><li>Report pharmacy medication errors or order entry discrepancies to supervisor.</li><li>Work collaboratively with other team members and supervisor to ensure that best-practices are shared.</li><li>May assist with research of lost or missing orders per internal department request.</li><li>Answer incoming calls promptly and provide high standard of customer services to the client.</li><li>Fill out and complete the admission tracking spreadsheet and turn in to supervisor on the 15th and last day of each month, or as assigned.</li><li>May provide backup support to other pharmacy groups based on business needs or production levels.</li><li>Use Microsoft Teams (instant messenger) and comply with standard requirements, including:</li></ul>
 o Communicate to the Data Operations group each time you are stepping away from your desk which includes, but not limited to, bathroom breaks, lunches, and at the beginning and end of each shift. Notify the group as soon as you return to work.</div>

<div><p>Join the Pharmaceutical Calibrations and Instrumentation (PCI) team! We are seeking a Senior Calibration Technician that can perform calibration and maintenance on process and analytical instrumentation onsite at our client pharmaceutical facilities in Indiana and surround states if needed. This position will focus on maintenance, calibrations and repairs on a variety of instruments. Examples include process/utility/laboratory instruments such as refrigerators, freezers, transmitters, monitors, incubators, centrifuge, autoclaves, pipettes, balances, pressure and temperature devices. Computer based calibration tracking program (CMMS) experience is desired.</p><p></p><p>
The Senior Calibration Technician (Tech SR) reports directly to the Team Leader, Manager, or Director depending on the organizational structure. These positions are non-exempt. Up to 75% percent travel may be required based on project and client needs.</p><p></p><p>
Expectations:</p><p>
Calibration Technicians complete calibrations, qualifications, and PMs with accurate and timely GxP documentation, following PCI and/or client specific policies and procedures. They are expected to take a proactive role in supporting the Team and in providing client support and are expected to build a high level of trust with internal and client personnel. This trust is developed through consistently upholding PCI Values and demonstrating Honesty, Integrity, Pride, Accountability, Teamwork, and Commitment.</p><p></p><p>
In addition to the above expectations, the technician is expected to identify and execute tasks that enhance the ability of PCI to provide an &lsquo;added value&rsquo; service for clients and provide guidance and direction on technical issues. Senior Calibration Technician</p><ul><li>
Oversees and supervises calibrations, qualifications, and PMs with accurate and timely GxP documentation, ensuring all Team members follow PCI or client specific policies and procedures, and in a safe manner.</li><li>
Provides guidance, direction and effective solutions to clients and PCI technical resources.</li><li>
Upholds, mentors, and is a role model to other PCI Associates on the PCI philosophy and values through honesty, integrity, self-motivation, teamwork, pride and commitment.</li><li>
Proactively takes steps to ensure PCI and client owned equipment is handled and maintained properly, as well as trains other Associates on proper use and handling.</li><li>

Provides oversight and project planning including time codes, schedules, test equipment, documentation, and ensures client requirements are met. Also, responsible for ensuring accurate and timely scheduling, resource allocation, proposal and quotation development, Labor Utilization Reports (LURs), fixed cost and T&amp;E project management for profitability. Must have the ability to identify scope changes and communicate to client, as well as, process the scope change request documentation ensuring that time coding and billing are accurate in regards to the scope change.</li><li>
Proactively assesses project safety concerns and ensures PCI Team members are in compliance with any and all client and/or PCI site safety requirements. Strategically assesses client environments, needs, and requirements to develop and initiate effective solutions and through established solid relationships with clients, delivers successful execution.

Expert knowledge and application of instrument, equipment, and loop calibrations of various parameters in manufacturing, utilities, and laboratory environments.</li><li>

Navigates and utilizes MAS500 Pivot Table and project KPI module to support team leaders and project managers effectively manage LUR &amp; project expenses. Educating patients about the importance of vaccines and referring patients to the Pharmacist-on-duty for vaccination questions</li><li>
Monitoring for, and responding to, adverse reactions; reporting adverse reaction events per public health requirements</li><li>

As a Patient Care Technician (PCT) at US Renal Care, you will be an integral part of a cross-functional team providing care and delegated activities of treatment to patients. The PCT will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Charge Nurse (CN) for patients with renal failure.</p>

Safety and Quality.</b> You will use appropriate safety measures, including personal protective equipment.
