<li>Administer Microsoft 365 E5, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and automation via PowerShell and Microsoft&rsquo;s Power Platform</li>
<li>Assist with building and deploying physical and virtual servers, workstations, and AWS workspaces</li>
<li>Manage and maintain physical and virtual servers and workstations, including monitoring system performance, reviewing event logs for warnings and errors, responding to hardware or system issues, and performing regular system maintenance</li>
<li>Support and maintain network infrastructure including firewalls, routers, switches. This will involve administering and monitoring company WANs, LANs, WiFi, and network peripherals</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, document, and provide technical support when needed</li>
<li>Assist with system backups and recovery procedures</li>

Required:</p>
<ul>
<li>Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in information technology, computer science or related field</li>
<li>2-3 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar IT role in a corporate environment</li>
<li>Experience in building, configuring, and maintaining modern Windows Server operating systems</li>
<li>Experience in Microsoft 365 E5 including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams</li>
<li>Experience with Active Directory (AD) and its services (DNS, DHCP, GPO, etc.)</li>
<li>Knowledge of VMware or Hyper-V</li>
<li>Knowledge of TCP/IP and Windows networking concepts</li>

<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills including in-person, email, chat, and phone</li>
