 We are looking for a highly motivated Senior HR Operations Specialist who will deliver day-to-day quality HR services according to legal and company requirements and be the first point of contact with all HR related matters. In addition, you will be responsible for document, personnel, and employee data management.  Provide end-to-end HR support for the North Asia region (Onboarding, Data Administration, Absence Administration, Exit Management, Benefits Administration, support HR Tools &amp; Systems, and other employee life cycle activities).

 Register and maintain employee&rsquo;s data in the HR system, incl. management of the personnel files.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support benefits administration for pensions and employee insurance, including enrolment and termination of eligibility, verify eligility of staff and dependents and associated invoices.

 Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with Asia employees.
