Take room service orders over the phone. Answer questions on menu selections, and check with kitchen staff. Answer guest questions or concerns regarding the origin, vintage, and style of various wines. Place and log call back for room service order. Notify guests and management of delays in service delivery. Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen. Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day. Record transaction in MICROS system at time of order. Complete all closing reports, including MICROS reports. Process all payment methods.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.  Based at Mandarin Oriental, Doha within the Housekeeping Department in Doha, the Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the guest rooms assigned to the room attendant on a daily basis. To guarantee highest levels of cleanliness, hygiene and the highest quality in regard to Mandarin Oriental Standards. To maintain all areas of the hotel free of garbage, dirt, or any debris. The Room Attendant reports to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager.

 As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties:

 Maintain company&rsquo;s image portraying a neat and tidy appearance and correct wearing of uniform, following strictly the hotels&rsquo; personal hygiene policy.
