1. Ensure proposing the security policies and conduct their annual review in alignment with the Enterprise Risk Management framework set by the 2nd line to be reviewed by the relevant stakeholders according to the policy review process. Follow the developed Data Classification &amp; Protection program and carry on the related activities to classify and protect the bank&rsquo;s crown jewels and critical information assets.
2. Maintain the necessary controls to protect information and vital assets in accordance with security requirements and industry standards (privacy requirements, Personal Identifiable Information, encryption, Data Loss Prevention, data retention and destruction) for both structured and unstructured data.
3. Maintain the sensitive data inventory and data flows across all departments to ensure increased visibility &amp; control of enterprise data landscape.

4. Liaise with IT security infrastructure team to ensure effective utilization and proper policy setup over the different security tools such as the Data Loss Prevention, Data Classification and the URL Web Filtering tools for proper handling of the bank&rsquo;s information according to the developed Information Governance policy.

5. Review and configure the information classification and protection tools&rsquo; policies to enforce the proper classification of the bank&rsquo;s documents and files and applying the appropriate rights, documents&rsquo; security and security controls accordingly.

6. Monitor and track the violations to the developed information access &amp; handling security policies to ensure the necessary disciplinary actions take place. This includes unjustified access to information, data leakage attempts, improper handling of information assets, etc.
7. Maintain, review and update the standard operating procedures (SOP), for the different access management approvals and ensure proper adherence to the set SLA.

8. Maintain and develop an Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) strategy and ensure the appropriate policies are applied on the EMM solution to ensure the adequate protection of information and accessibility over mobile devices.

9. Provide security controls approvals over information &amp; Data related access requests, similar to Removable Media Access, External Email Access, Special Internet Access and EMM Access, to ensure proper business justification is in place and according to the defined process and SLA.

10. Identify and report awareness gaps related to the data classification and protection policies and guidelines to support the creation of relevant awareness campaigns<div>

Job Purpose: To support the information security controls team by ensuring the proper enforcement of the 
developed identity related security policies in alignment with the set identity access management &amp; 
governance security strategy and roadmap. In addition to enforce a proper governance model for the 
Identity and Access Management across the different applications, infrastructure and systems, 
including monitoring of identity related policy violations, as well as handling of the different identity 
access security approvals and reviews.
<ul>
<li>Conduct the annual review and update of the area&rsquo;s processes, procedures and policies with the adherence to the developed SLAs. This includes mainly the review of the People &amp; Human Resources Security Policy, the Physical &amp; Environmental Security Policy and the Identity Related Access Management Procedures.</li>
<li>Design and Develop the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Governance program and ensure proper management of the IAM governance activities including developing the different applications&rsquo; security matrices, mapping the different IT roles to their relevant business activities, identifying sensitive access, segregation of duties policies, &hellip; etc.</li>
<li>Liaise with the different business departments to develop an inventory of business activities, mapped to the relevant applications&rsquo; roles, through which sensitive and critical business activities are identified and setup on the IAM platform with appropriate risk ratings.</li>
<li>Develop a comprehensive segregation of duties policy across the different business activities and ensure the same is maintained on the IAM platform to control SOD access violations and alert on the same.</li>
<li>Liaise with IT Security IAM team to conduct annual review over the applications&rsquo; security matrices to reflect any changes on the matrix and ensure access is granted according to the conducted business activity with no segregation of duties policy violations.</li>
<li>Ensure the proper management of the bank&rsquo;s identities according to the developed Human Resources and Physical &amp; Environmental Security Policies through liaising with IT Security Identity &amp; Access Management for the effective utilization and proper setup over the Identity &amp; Access Management, the Privileged Access Management and the Security Access Management platforms.</li>

1.Serve as a key partner in making IT Risk Owners and Business working seamlessly and successfully&bull;
2.Report a list of KRIs based on external best practices and regulatory expectations &amp; monitor Risks against them.
3.Work proactively on reporting any risk gaps or adverse trends, which are not highlighted in RCSAs.
4.Provide support for reviewing technology initiatives with reputational risks and red flags identified during defined intake procedures.
5.Manage relationships with business owners of IT risks, being the primary point of contact Update IT RCSA report, IT Risk Register, Risk status report, IT Risks/Priorities/Categorization and submit them to IT RMO team for consolidation
6.Conduct IT risk review for support applications/systems
7.Create, disseminate and update documentation of CIB&rsquo;s matrix of identified IT risks and controls.
8.Report IT Risks &amp; ensure expanding severity scale to include critical severity in all IT risk types.
9.Follow up on deficiencies identified in monitoring reviews, self-assessments, automated assessments, and internal and external audits to ensure that appropriate remediation measures are taken.
