Maintain organized litigation files, including claim files, discovery materials, expert records, and case documentation.</li><li>

Must meet all applicable paralegal certification, registration, or licensure requirements as defined by Maryland state.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>

3+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in insurance defense, bodily injury, or civil litigation.</li><li>
Experience supporting litigation involving bodily injury and/or third-party liability.</li><li>

Familiarity with Maryland litigation practices and electronic court filing systems is strongly preferred</li><li>

Position Summary
<br><br>
The Senior Sales Representative leads the strategic promotion and sales of designated products within an assigned territory, driving sustained growth and expanding utilization across key existing and emerging accounts. This role will focus on our Peripheral product portfolio in the MD/ VA market, with key focus on the DC-Baltimore Metro. The role proactively identifies and develops high-value business opportunities, delivers advanced product demonstrations and clinical education, and ensures a superior customer experience that supports long-term adoption and partnership.

Principal Responsibilities
<br><br>
<ul>
<li>Implement the territory sales plan to meet established goals, supporting existing customers while actively prospecting for new business. Effectively organize and prioritize field time to maximize customer engagement and drive steady territory growth.</li>
<li>Facilitate sales growth by conducting physician, nurse, and technologist training and account in-servicing of dialysis access products.</li>
<li>Provide product technical support to customers in an Operating Room and Interventional suite environment.</li>
<li>Participate in troubleshooting support programs.</li>
<li>Educate customers on products, procedures, and industry trends through use of education programs and local hospital programs.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain an in-depth profile of each account to include customer preferences, competitive products and field intelligence, market activity, important contact/decision makers, customer feedback, and attendees in-serviced.</li>
<li>Conduct strategic territory management and analysis.</li>
<li>Develop key opinion leaders.</li>
<li>Account for all territory expenses and materials.</li>
<li>Review current literature for new developments within the healthcare field and sales field including competitive information.</li>
<li>Attend local, regional, and/or national scientific tradeshows and professional meetings to promote products and in-service customers.</li>
<li>Assist with the coordination of national conventions to ensure proper setup, booth coverage, and breakdown of exhibit, as requested.</li>
<li>Be an active corporate member of professional societies (e.g. ANNA, NKF, AVIR, ESRD, etc).</li>
<li>Develop multi-level relationships within key accounts.</li>
<li>Maintain knowledge of company products and competitive offerings utilizing the technology tools that are available.</li>
<li>Adhere to and ensure the compliance of Teleflex’s Code of Ethics, all Company policies, rules, procedures and housekeeping standards.</li>
</ul>
Education / Experience Requirements
<br><br>
<ul>
<li>Bachelors degree required; MBA a plus. Registered Technologist (RT) Certificate (or military equivalent) plus 5 years of direct sales experience in a cath lab setting accepted in lieu of degree.</li>
<li>3+ years sales experience with proven track record of exceeding sales goals, preferably in medical device sales.</li>
<li>Medical experience in the interventional cardiology or radiology setting, strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Strong clinical skills are a plus.</li>
</ul>

<li>Proven ability to interact with different specialties within a hospital and deliver complex and technical subject matter to clinicians in the hospital or clinical setting.</li>

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $225,000.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Commissions will also vary depending on individual performance. The total compensation package for this position will also include benefits such as medical, prescription drug, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, participation in 401(k) savings plan, and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO, short- and long-term disability and parental leave, dependent on the position offered. The Trauma Quality Management Nurse Coordinator works in collaboration with the Trauma Program Leadership to facilitate and coordinate the Trauma Quality Management Program throughout the continuum of trauma care for all injured patients that meet MIEMSS Trauma Registry criteria. Participates in trauma data collection with entry in to the MD Trauma Registry and Outcome database as indicated. <p><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS
</b></p><p><b>Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Work requires a level of knowledge typically acquired through completion of a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in an accredited nursing program</li>
<li>Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience at an accredited Level 2 or higher Trauma Center.</li>
