A Day in the Life of an Assistant Manager &ndash; Internal Audit</h3><ul><li>
Perform internal audit engagements across Nestl&eacute; entities including Head Offices, Businesses, Sales Offices, Factories, Distribution Centers, Shared Service Centers, third-party providers, and newly acquired businesses.</li><li>
Collaborate with and support the Audit Team Leader in conducting preliminary risk assessments to effectively plan audit engagements. This includes reviewing relevant documentation, interviewing key stakeholders, and initiating testing through available tools.</li><li>
Prepare comprehensive audit working papers to document findings, support conclusions, and ensure alignment with audit engagement objectives.</li><li>
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, addressing issues and resolving conflicts through proactive communication and collaboration.</li><li>
Conduct special reviews and ad hoc assignments requested by management, including fraud investigations and cross-functional projects tailored to specific business needs.</li><li>
Ensure timely follow-up on audit findings and recommendations to strengthen internal control processes.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What Will Make You Successful</h3><ul><li>
Professional qualification such as CA, CMA, ACCA, or a Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Environment &amp; Sustainability, Artificial intelligence, Data Sciences.</li><li>
Professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) will be considered an advantage.</li><li>
4 - 5 years of relevant experience in an international accounting/audit firm or a large Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) organization. Operational experience in areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, or Industrial Performance will be an added advantage.</li><li>
