 Qualifications
 
 
 
 We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our IT - Digital Solutions &amp; Engineering - Operations team. The ideal candidate should possess the following:
 
 
 
 Essential:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 6 years of job-related experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Project Management, Software development and maintenance, 3rd party application implementation, vendor management &amp; support.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in RFP process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in area(s) of Project management, Systems Development/Design and Implementation
 </li>
 <li>
 Management, Project Management tools, UI/UX concepts, Application support, Business analysis and Team Management are required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Managerial skills - Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members and conflict management.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 8 years of specialized technical experience, ideally within a project-based IT environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience as a senior resource in IT projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to adopt and adapt to emerging technologies.
