This position works as part of a landscape crew and follows direction from the Crew Lead to ensure landscaping services are completed efficiently and according to company quality standards. Experience in general apartment maintenance or similar trades.</li><li>
HVAC certification required; CPO certification a plus.</li><li>
Strong work ethic and flexibility with scheduling.</li><li>
Friendly, professional demeanor. Residents should smile when they see you coming.</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs., climb ladders, and work indoors and outdoors in all weather.</li><li>
Basic toolset (or willingness to acquire one).</li></ul>
Bonus Skills:<ul><li>
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Teams, or OneSite.</li><li>
Bilingual communication skills.</li><li>

Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation with liability insurance.</li><li>

Monday&ndash;Friday, 8:00 AM &ndash; 6:00 PM (flexibility required)
