Job Description:</b></p><p>
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Assistant Resident Engineer - Irrigation/Landscape to join our team! In this role you will provide all necessary assistance concerning all landscape and irrigation networks related works including design review and construction supervision works under the guidance of the PMC Team Leader.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Extensive knowledge in the names and types of softscape &amp; hardscape items with the requirement for each.</p></li><li><p>
Review landscape, hardscape and irrigation networks technical design packages and provide comments.</p></li><li><p>
Review and comments on the landscape, hardscape and irrigation network Engineering submittals (shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, etc.)</p></li><li><p>
Prepare reports, manuals and guideline documents pertaining to specific landscape &amp; hardscape issues as required by the client.</p></li><li><p>
Provide support to the Construction Supervision team and as a client representative, oversee landscape &amp; hardscape construction services.</p></li><li><p>
Liaise with Landscape &amp; hardscape Design Consultants and Contractors.</p></li><li><p>
Coordinate with other relevant disciplines such as Engineers, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Architects etc.</p></li><li><p>
Attend weekly / monthly meetings as necessary with specific regard to landscape and HSSE issues</p></li><li><p>
Liaise with Key Stakeholders to ensure a smooth handover of Landscape &amp; hardscape assets on completion of works</p></li><li><p>
Provide Landscape &amp; hardscape input to weekly / monthly reports.</p></li><li><p>
Ensure the timely review of all documents submitted by the Consultant and/or Contractor.</p></li><li><p>
Inform the Landscape Design Architect and/or Team Leader of any potential delays in the project completion or milestones.</p></li><li><p>
Participate in all site safety training and comply with all site safety protocols.</p></li><li><p>
Provide all necessary on-site direction and assist the Construction Manager to issue site instructions for Landscape &amp; hardscape, irrigation and associated items.</p></li><li><p>
Check and measure the performed work in his/her line of work, record and help the Team Leader to display progress vs programmed work.</p></li><li><p>
Ensure correctness and completeness of &lsquo;As-Built&rsquo; drawings within his/her line of work.</p></li><li><p>
Conduct site inspections and provide measures to improve the aesthetics of the site and Landscape &amp; hardscape works</p></li></ul><p><b><br>
What Required Skills You&rsquo;ll Bring:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil/Agriculture/Architecture Engineering or equivalent.</p></li><li><p>
Candidate must possess the Equivalency certificate issued from the Ministry of Education (UAE).</p></li><li><p>
Minimum 10 years work experience in construction. operation and maintenance of parks and landscape projects.</p></li><li><p>
Proficient in hardscape detailing such as design and specifications for all external finishes, level changes, walls, minor structures, drainage, water features etc.</p></li><li><p>
Proficient in softscape &amp; hardscape detailing such as design and specification of all plant materials, planting medium, preparation of the site, contours &amp; grading and control of all horticultural practices for installation works.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>

Possess extensive knowledge about the Ghaf and other trees relocation.</p></li><li><p>
Supervise and monitor all hardscape activities.</p></li><li><p>
Supervise and monitor all softscape activities along the cycle track corridor, including planting, irrigation, and soil works.</p></li><li><p>
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and <b>Abu Dhabi Municipality and DMT</b> requirements.</p></li><li><p>
Coordinate closely with the contractor, designer, and stakeholders to ensure proper integration with cycle track and infrastructure works.</p></li><li><p>
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress, quality, and compliance reports.</p></li><li><p>
