AWS Neuron is the software stack for Trainium, enabling customers to run deep learning and generative AI workloads with optimal performance and cost efficiency. 
 
AWS Neuron is hiring a Technical Product Manager to work backward from Trainium customers and drive the developer experience for running high-performance ML workloads at scale on AWS Trainium, from getting started with Neuron Deep Learning Containers, AMIs, and AWS services to operating at scale through orchestration, resiliency, and observability. 
 
You will drive the product strategy for how developers interact with Trainium through container ecosystems, resource management platforms, and AWS services. This role focuses on delivering end to end agentic AI solutions while providing advanced technical expertise to support complex Mid-market customer engagements. The scope spans intelligent systems, full stack solution development, and human AI interaction, alongside close collaboration with Sales to translate business challenges into scalable, production ready solutions.
The role contributes to building and positioning cloud based, customizable agentic AI offerings, combining hands on solution development with discovery, technical validation, and customer facing demonstrations to enable credible, differentiated AI as a Service outcomes.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Design, build, deploy, and operate end to end, human centered agentic AI systems across frontend, backend, data, and intelligent components</li><li>
Integrate AI/ML/NLP capabilities into workflows to address real world customer and business problems</li><li>
Implement agentic AI behaviors using human centered design and hybrid neural symbolic approaches</li><li>
Support complex Mid Market sales opportunities by partnering with Sales to shape advanced technical solutions</li><li>
Participate in discovery sessions to identify customer challenges, objectives, and technical requirements</li><li>
Lead technical demos, workshops, and proof of concept engagements to demonstrate solution fit and value</li><li>
Contribute to technical solution design and input into proposals, statements of work, and contracts</li><li>
Provide technical guidance on industry use cases, best practices, and predelivery considerations</li><li>
Develop scalable APIs and services that ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability</li><li>
Collaborate across product, business, and sales teams to deliver cohesive technical and customer facing outcomes</li></ul>

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in software development, platform development, or applied AI systems</li><li>
Minimum of 7 years experience participating in technical discovery, solution design, and customer facing demo or proof of concept engagements</li><li>
Minimum 10 years experience in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and system design with proven experience building and deploying production ready, web based systems and working across the software development lifecycle</li><li>
Advanced programming experience in one or more languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, C/C++, or equivalent</li><li>
Minimum 2 years hands on experience applying AI/ML/NLP technologies to real world problems, including the ability to understand and implement current research</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate&rsquo;s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)</li></ul>

Experience with cloud based, largescale SaaS and distributed system architectures</li><li>
Experience supporting advanced technical sales motions, including workshops and complex solution positioning</li><li>
Experience delivering humancentered AI systems into production</li><li>
Familiarity with modern data systems, APIs, and *nixbased development environments</li><li>
