JOB SUMMARY: The Leasing Specialist is responsible for driving occupancy and resident satisfaction in a multi-family community. This role includes showing and leasing apartments to prospective residents, coordinating marketing initiatives, assisting in resident retention efforts, and supporting the Property Manager in daily operations to ensure a positive living experience and strong financial performance.

Manage the client/owner relationship by meeting with the owners, conducting property tours, providing updates, and responding to owner requests as needed to maintain a positive working relationship</li></ul>
Education and Experience:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or 1-2 years of relevant experience; or a combination of education and experience</li><li>
3 + years of related multi-family property management experience</li><li>
Strong leadership and management skills</li><li>
Team player, professional, and effective communication skills</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software</li></ul>

 We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client's Finance team. This individual will be responsible for managing the full-cycle accounts payable process while also supporting general accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities Of The Accounts Payable Specialist

 Process high-volume invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper coding to the general ledger.
 </li>

 Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice entry, approvals, and payments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform vendor statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain vendor records and ensure proper documentation (W-9s, contracts, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments.
 </li>

 Assist with month-end close, including accruals and AP-related journal entries.

 Reconcile the AP subledger to the general ledger.
