Support Home Depot&rsquo;s Risk Management Department, with a special emphasis on managing existing captive programs, overseeing program performance, supporting internal stakeholders, and assisting with all aspects of captive oversight consistent with the Risk Management philosophy.</p><p></p><p>
As an integral part of the Risk Management team, the Manager will oversee analysis of retained risk exposures within the captive to ensure the risk profile of the captive aligns with the department philosophy. The Manager's oversight of the programs will include monitoring claims activity insured by the captive, financial oversight, program analysis, and management of complex data sets.</p><p></p><p>
The incumbent will assist with insurance renewals, including the collection and validation of exposure data, completion of renewal applications, and regulatory/audit documentation, as well as leading semi-annual actuarial review process of validating accuracy of loss data and coordinating with involved parties.</p><p></p><p>

Claims Adjuster,TPA Oversight

<div><p>Under general supervision, evaluates and settles casualty claims of modest to complex exposure (including fatalities) by investigating losses, interpreting coverage, negotiating settlements and reporting obtained information in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining adequate production levels.</p><ul>
<li>Examines claims forms, policies and endorsements, client instructions and other records to determine coverages.</li>
<li>Investigates claims by interviewing insureds, claimants and witnesses, obtaining official reports, and by comparing claim information with evidence.</li>
<li>Sets loss reserves.</li>
<li>Prepares reports by collecting and summarizing information required by client, local, state and federal government and by Crawford.</li>
<li>Settles claims by determining client's coverages, liability, client's instructions and authority levels required by obtaining demands and making offers to claimants, issuing settlement checks, making filings with regulatory agencies, disposing of salvage, pursuing subrogation when appropriate.</li>
<li>Controlling claim costs.</li>
<li>Recommends litigation when appropriate.</li>
<li>Presents evidence at legal proceedings; producing reports and other documents as evidence.</li>
<li>Maintains expected case load.</li>
<li>Maintains company reputation and integrity of insurance products by complying with federal and state regulations and service standards.</li>
<li>Maintain acceptable product quality through compliance with service standards and compliance with internal quality control initiatives.</li>
<li>Maintains professional and technical knowledge through continuing education.</li>
<li>May assist junior adjusters.</li>
<li>Participates in special projects or performs duties in other areas as requested.</li>
<li>Upholds the Crawford Code of Conduct.</li>
</ul><ul><li>College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>
<li>Minimum 6 months previous experience as a Claims Adjuster</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li>

This position will be responsible for leading the Company on environmental initiatives. This will include merchandising, store operations, and all other functional areas. The role will be responsible for determining annual promotions to sustain leadership in the environmental industry. The position will be the focal point for external groups seeking explanation or partnership on environmental/sustainable concerns. The Sr. Manager of Environmental Innovation will be responsible for leading processes and reporting sustainable development within the organization.</p><p><b><br>
Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
20% Creates, coordinates and manages environmental initiatives within the Merchandising Organization as well as other functional groups. Serves as captain for determination of &quot;Eco Options&quot; environmentally-friendly product and vendor selections.</li><li>
20% Creates and manages relationships with environmental organization, both private and governmental; to include developing program direction and researching issue (protest) areas.</li><li>
20% Coordinates activities through team members, merchants and marketing the advertising and marketing of &quot;Eco Options&quot; products.</li><li>
20% Manages the environmental team on a daily basis. Provides direction to third party organizations that verify and direct suppliers' environmental marketing claims.</li><li>
20% Coordinates and provides direction to store maintenance and construction, store operations, SSC functional areas to reduce the Company's impact on the environment. Leads and creates educational products and literature for associates and customers.</li></ul><p><b><br>
