What will I be doing?

 Located in Atlanta, GA, CRH Americas Materials Corporate Finance is currently recruiting for the position of Accounts Payable Clerk.  Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Preparation and input of Purchase Order and Standalone invoices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively work with other departments to obtain invoice approvals and documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Process vendor master set-ups &ndash; additions &amp; changes as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Upload support for debt statement pushdowns weekly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare ach/check payments for distribution/mailing weekly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Research and answer questions regarding invoices and payments from vendors and department managers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Process weekly expense reports - cash and American Express &ndash; including regular communications regarding expenses &ndash; Backup.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in ongoing process improvement and automation.
 </li>

 Maintain professional demeanor at all times while representing the company

 Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times is required

 Associates degree required; Accounting focus preferred

 Minimum 1 year professional experience; full cycle accounts payable required

 Must have expert proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

 Must be 18 years in age or older
 </li>

 Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
 </li>

Accounts Payable Specialist

<div>Position Purpose:
Leads in-house and agency-led Marketing program management and execution. This role is responsible for building internal and external materials and presentations, monitoring and reporting on campaign activity and working with internal and agency teams on program logistics and details. This role will support FIFA World Cup efforts, Brand and special projects identified by brand priorities. 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
50% Develop Marketing Campaigns - Partner with supervisor to develop strategic Marketing campaigns and events while providing support in the planning, implementation, and execution process; Contribute ideas and strategies to grow existing and new programs; Responsible for development or marketing recommendations, POVs, campaign materials and communications with minimal oversight from the Manager; Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to drive business priorities, provide creative direction and secure needed approvals</li><li>
20% Reporting - Responsible for campaign management and measurement tools as well as with agency partners and THD analytics and marketing finance teams to collect, compile and aggregate campaign and weekly, monthly, quarterly and/or annual reporting; making recommendations and optimizations based on insights</li><li>
