This Manager Decision Analytics position manages people and processes related to the development of advanced analytics to support the company's strategic objectives. The role works cross-functionally with business partners from Merchandising, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Online and IT to design and implement decision analytics, tools, and new visibility/reporting capabilities. This role interfaces heavily with the Strategy, Product, and Engineering teams that also support the PLA business. Strong technical communication skills are needed for collaboration and to translate business asks into technical deliverables.
