The Quantity Surveying Manager will lead all cost, contract, and commercial management functions. The role ensures that all development phases&mdash;from master planning and design through construction and handover&mdash;are delivered within approved budgets, applying best practice in cost planning, procurement, value engineering, and contract administration.
