About the role
Al Khidma Systems is looking for a curious, creative and dependable Content & Social Media Executive to strengthen our social media presence and help turn online attention into meaningful business conversations and, over time, qualified leads.
This is a hands-on content-execution role. You will be expected to research ideas, create content, publish consistently, monitor results and continually find better ways to communicate what Al Khidma Systems does.
We are looking for someone who uses their own judgement, follows current content trends, understands the audience and independently proposes relevant ways to grow our social platforms.
This is an entry-level opportunity. Previous professional experience is helpful but not essential. Initiative, consistency, creativity and evidence of how you think matter more than the number of years on your CV.
What you will do
* Plan and maintain content calendars for Al Khidma Systems’ social media accounts.
* Create and publish posts, carousels, short-form videos, Stories and campaign content.
* Research industry topics, audience interests, competitors, trends and suitable content formats.
* Turn business and technical subjects into clear, useful and engaging content.
* Capture suitable photos, videos and updates from meetings, team activities, client visits, training initiatives and company milestones when required.
* Write captions, post copy, hooks and calls to action.
* Use Canva, basic video-editing tools and AI assistants efficiently without compromising accuracy or quality.
* Repurpose strong content appropriately across Instagram and LinkedIn.
* Schedule and publish approved content consistently and on time.
* Engage professionally with relevant people, companies and online communities.
* Test different topics, hooks, formats and calls to action.
* Monitor content performance and use the results to improve future work.
* Identify opportunities to turn social engagement into relevant enquiries and business conversations.
* Submit a simple weekly report covering content published, performance, page growth, relevant conversations and leads received.
* Work closely with the AKS team to understand business priorities and move content from idea to publication efficiently.
You may be a good fit if you
* Are a fresh graduate or final-year student in marketing, business, communications, media or a related field—or can demonstrate equivalent ability.
* Write clear, natural English.
* Understand how content works on Instagram and LinkedIn, or are strongly motivated to learn.
* Can independently research and develop content ideas instead of waiting for every idea to be provided.
* Have a good visual sense and can create clean content using Canva.
* Can perform basic short-form video editing.
* Are organized, responsive and able to meet agreed publishing deadlines.
* Take ownership of your work and communicate early when something is delayed.
* Ask useful questions and turn feedback into better work.
* Are comfortable reviewing performance data and learning from results.
* Can attend occasional meetings, activities or client visits when content capture is required.
