 The Digital Marketing Specialist will oversee, develop, and coordinate all aspects of company&rsquo;s digital presence, executing the organizations&rsquo; digital marketing strategy and liaising with internal and external stakeholders as necessary to ensure that targets are met.
 
 
 
 
 
 The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage all company entities digital marketing, developing content, expanding exposure, and building a solid digital presence.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 Work closely with the team members to align market information data to drive insights and improvement in all aspects of the online/app/web experience

 Optimize content on the websites through SEO on-site best practices and Google&rsquo;s accessibility guidelines

 Provide support to all online marketing strategies, prioritizing projects and recommending tactics and actions to maximize online traffic, varying target audiences

 Build good working relationships with relevant internal stakeholders and teams to ensure successful and strong digital presence

 Regularly update and review company&rsquo;s webpages and websites

 Design, develop and optimize Google ads setting, i.e. goals, audience lists etc.

 Ensure effective GA and Google ad integration
 </li>

 Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
 </li>

 Plan, execute, and measure experiments, A/B testing and digital conversion tests on multiple variants to improve campaign performance
 </li>

 Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilize strong data analytical ability to report on content consumed, online transactions, search queries etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop customer profiles ad persons and gather data attributes such as age, gender, dob etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform regular data clean ups by getting rid of incorrect, incomplete, and duplicated data
 </li>
 <li>
 Work on developing a unified data analysis tool that merges data across all platforms, such as power BI
 </li>
 <li>
 Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROII and KPIs)
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare customized reporting for ongoing monitoring of customer feedback, enquiries, perception/sentiments, and traffic, taking necessary follow-up action to mitigate issues and seize opportunities
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide expertise on current digital presence best practices.
 </li>

 Qualifications:

 Degree in IT-related or digital marketing field
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have advanced Google certifications (Google Analytics Individual Certification, Google Ads Search Certification, Google Digital Marketing Certification) with good knowledge of GA4
 </li>

 4-5 years experienced in digital marketing experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Technical skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel HTML/CSS and ability to edit HTML/CSS code
