 Scope of Position
 
 
 
 The Front Office Supervisor will meet and exceed guest expectations by providing efficient and courteous Front Desk service in accordance with Legendary Quality Experiences. The Front Office Supervisor will run the daily operations of the reception desk. The Front Office Supervisor will assist the Front Office Management team in running daily shifts when needed.

<li>Prepare regular reports on reservations performance and forecast future demand.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with IHG brand standards, policies, and procedures.</li>
<li>Liaise with Front Office Manager or Finance Manager for all reservations requiring credit approval</li>
<li>Implementation of IHG Way of Sales</li>
<li>Maintain knowledge of special rates/ offers/ promotions</li>
<li>Monitor reservation levels and inform Managers of current and future occupancy rates</li>
<li>Prepare reports as requested (eg. to travel agents, business houses etc)</li>
