Job Description<br>

The Drilling Manager manages the company's day-to-day drilling operations and the planning and execution of drilling projects. including drilling, geological and data analysis, managing geological fieldwork<br>
Also manages proper use and maintenance of equipment, plans and develops revisions or improvements to solve drilling and repair problems. In addition, you will be primarily responsible for all operations, problems and injuries on site, bear all decisions and actions in coordination with the CEO.<br>
<br>
Duties and Responsibilities:<br>
<br>
<li>Ensures the highest level of safety, health and environmental work standards are maintained.</li><br>
<li>Manages greenfield project works</li><br>
<li>Collect, analyse, and interpret complex geological data</li><br>
<li>Develop drill targets and implement drilling programs, making decisions on advancing, shelving, or dropping targets through peer reviews.</li><br>
<li>Conduct field mapping to interpret geological structures, alterations, and lithological units for exploration targeting</li><br>
<li>Generate district-scale balanced cross-sections and create 3D geological-structural alteration models.</li><br>
<li>Identify and implement opportunities to reduce risks and enhance project viability.</li><br>
&bull; Mentors subordinate geological staff.&bull; Ensure adherence to on-site health, safety, and environmental standards.<br>
<li>Coordinate with various internal groups, consultants, and drill crews to safely execute exploration activities</li><br>
<li>Prepare and communicate project-level summaries to diverse audiences, including technical, financial, and corporate stakeholders.</li><br>
<li>Follows up and supervises the implementation of all decisions and directives from the CEO.</li><br>
<li>He solves problems and conflicts, and finds radical solutions to them.</li><br>
<li>He submits his daily, weekly and monthly reports to the CEO and oversees the day-to-day operations.</li><br>
<li>Monitor processes to ensure required changes are made.</li><br>
<li>Follow budget guidelines and make necessary changes to reduce costs. Coordination with material suppliers and contractors.</li><br>
<li>Follow up on preparing the site's health, safety and environment requirements
</li><br>
<li>Recommend ways or ideas to reduce cost and improve safety.</li><br>

QUALIFICATION:<br>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Geology or Geological Engineering.</li><br>
<li>10+ years&rsquo; experience in greenfield exploration and exploration project generation.</li><br>
<li>Good knowledge in using Software , Geological Modelling and MS Office.</li><br>
<li>Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li><br>

The Drilling Project Manager manages the company's day-to-day drilling, production and engineering operations. Manages the planning and execution of drilling, development and reserves analysis projects. The Drilling Operations Manager manages the proper use of equipment and maintenance planning. Plans and develops revisions or improvements to solve drilling and repair problems. May give input in developing budget. Able to resolve escalating problems arising from operations that require coordination with other departments.<br>
<br>
<li>Analyze and design drilling plans according to data and production rate.Analyze, design and monitor engineering well sites and prepare reports.</li><br>
<li>Assist and supervise the drilling team ( D D and RC ) and production personnel to carry out well designs and drilling in a cost-effective manner.Preparing and summarizing progress reports for management and clients.</li><br>
<li>Prepare resources according to requirements, support drilling personnel and recommend improvement techniques.</li><br>
<li>Administration of camp accommodation, hygiene and cooking procedures.</li><br>
<li>Follow up on preparing the site's health, safety and environment requirements

<li>Follow up on carrying out all work efficiently, safely and in accordance with the approved drilling manual, company practices and procedures, applicable laws, and governmental rules and regulations.</li><br>

The Surface Driller DD and /or RC, is responsible for safely and efficiently operating drilling rigs and associated equipment<br>
<br>
for mineral exploration projects. The role involves drilling boreholes to obtain core samples, maintaining high safety and<br>
<br>
environmental standards, and ensuring drilling productivity and quality in accordance with client and company requirements.<br>
<br>
Key Responsibilities<br>
<br>
Drilling Operations<br>
<br>
<li>Operate surface diamond and / or RC drill rigs to extract core samples from designated drill sites.</li><br>
<br>
<li>Monitor drilling parameters, adjust techniques, and maintain core recovery and quality.</li><br>
<br>
<li>Set up, align, and dismantle drill rigs and support equipment as required.</li><br>
<br>
<li>Conduct routine inspections of rigs and equipment to ensure safe working condition.</li><br>
<br>
Safety &amp; Compliance and Follow all protocols and standard operating procedures to ensure safety and compliance on the job site<br>
<br>
<li>Adhere to company safety protocols, procedures, and environmental policies.</li><br>
<br>
<li>Conduct pre-start checks, risk assessments, and participate in safety meetings.</li><br>
<br>
<li>Report hazards, incidents, and equipment malfunctions immediately.</li><br>
<br>
<li>Ensure accurate core recovery and core handling procedures.</li><br>
<br>
<li>Maintain correct drill hole depths, core orientation, and detailed drilling records.</li><br>
<br>
<li>Assist in the transportation, marking, and secure storage of drill core.</li><br>
<br>
<li>Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on rigs, rods, pumps, and compressors.</li><br>
<br>
<li>Coordinate with mechanics and supervisors for major equipment repairs.</li><br>
<br>
<li>Ensure rig and worksite are kept clean, safe, and organized.</li><br>
<br>
<li>Supervise and mentor drill assistants/offsiders as required.</li><br>
<br>
<li>Communicate progress, issues, and requirements with supervisors and geologists.</li><br>
<br>
<li>Work collaboratively with site personnel to achieve drilling targets.</li><br>
<br>
Qualifications &amp; Skills<br>
<br>
<li>Minimum 5-7 years&rsquo; experience operating surface diamond drill rigs.</li><br>
<br>
<li>Strong knowledge of drilling techniques, core orientation, and downhole survey tools.</li><br>
<br>
<li>Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.</li><br>
<br>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and ability to work in remote locations.</li><br>
<br>
<li>Understanding of safety standards, mine site regulations, and environmental practices.</li><br>
<br>
<li>Physical fitness and ability to work long shifts in challenging outdoor conditions.</li><br>
<br>
<li>Safety-conscious and detail-oriented.</li><br>
<br>
<li>Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills.</li><br>
<br>
<li>Good communication and teamwork abilities.</li><br>
<br>
<li>Self-motivated, reliable, and adaptable to changing site conditions.</li></div>
