The Infusion Center is seeking an Experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join the Infusion Center team at Brigham and Women&rsquo;s Faulkner Hospital. The Infusion APP will work within our adult Infusion Center to serve as an infusion first responder, promote infusion service access and efficiency and may provide urgent care/symptom management in close collaboration with longitudinal medicine providers. The Infusion Center APP reports directly to the APP Manager.<br>

The APP is a licensed provider. The APP is responsible for assessing and managing various patient populations, including those with medical and/or surgical conditions, as well as providing diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, developing appropriate plans of care, and conducting ongoing evaluations. May also perform additional duties, such as precepting a small group of learners.<br>

Join a dynamic inpatient oncology team. Work within one of our two subspecialty groups with APPs that specialize in either 1) solid tumor, caring for an oncology patient population who are admitted for medical complications, new diagnoses, and treatment-related side effects, or 2) hematologic malignancies, caring for patients receiving bone marrow transplant and cellular therapies. This role offers the perfect blend of autonomy and collaboration. You&rsquo;ll work closely with oncologists and an interdisciplinary team to deliver cutting-edge care on either our solid tumor or hematologic malignancy service. Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, the Medical Assistant works in the clinical setting providing direct and indirect service for patients and providers. The medical assistant works with the interdisciplinary health team in providing a wide variety of clinical, administrative and technical support functions in the delivery of healthcare in the Ketamine Infusion Unit. The Medical Assistant for the Ketamine Infusion Unit will also be cross-trained to perform the administrative responsibilities of the Patient Service Coordinator II.<br>
Shifts needed are Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:30-5. Evenings and weekends are available to pick up as well.</p><p></p><p><b>
