The OnSite Specialist provides in-room support for minimally invasive surgical (MIS) and related procedures, ensuring</p><p>

The Academic Services Manager is responsible for the administrative support of the academic area for the Kenan-Flagler Undergraduate Business Program. In addition to administrative support, the Academic Services Manager will also provide academic advising support for the growing undergraduate business student population via scheduled in-person or virtual appointments, phone, email, or drop-in advising. The Academic Services Manager must be able to understand, communicate, and enforce both the University&rsquo;s and Kenan-Flagler&rsquo;s policies and procedures. In addition, assigned duties may include, but not limited to, degree audits for graduating seniors, performing registrar tasks (i.e. processing student forms and course adjustments), processing transfer credit re-evaluation requests, running academic reports, and entering KF class schedules in the various systems, creating final exam schedules for KF courses, and ensuring that correct policy and procedures are reflected in the External Web site and other students&rsquo; channels. <div>The Executive Assistant provides high-level professional administrative support to the Vice Provost for Global Affairs and Chief Global Officer at UNC-Chapel Hill. The Executive Assistant serves as the direct link and first point-of-contact to the Vice Provost and is responsible for a wide range of tasks, including prioritization and coordination of the Vice Provost&rsquo;s calendar, travel arrangements, expenses, event support, and communications. <div>This position will serve as an Associate Clinical Research Coordinator within the Department of Psychiatry working primarily on the Adverse Adolescent Pathways to Substance Use Study (APSU) also known as the Pathways to Adolescent Success Study (PASS) which is a multidisciplinary, longitudinal research project led by Drs. Aysenil Belger, Diana Fishbein, and Ty Ridenour within the Psychiatry Department focused on examining neurobiological, physiological, and behavioral development in adolescents with symptoms of anxiety. The Associate Clinical Research Coordinator is responsible for the execution of clinical research protocols, including leading efforts in gathering, compiling, and reporting data for a variety of research studies.<br>

The Associate Clinical Research Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for all study protocols and coordination, including recruitment, screening, enrollment and management of study participants, supervision of the execution of study procedures, conducting study visits, and entering, reviewing, and analyzing study data.<br>
<br>
This position also assists with the preparation and submission of regulatory documents, including Institutional Review Board (IRB) modifications, amendments, and adverse event reporting, as well as budget management and purchase reconciliation.<br>
<br>
Finally, this position is responsible for the training and education of research staff and undergraduate research assistants, the facilitation of team meetings and communication across study domains, and other coordination aspects of a collaborative multidisciplinary clinical research study.</div>
