What would your day at GAC look like?
You will support our technology ecosystem and ensure seamless IT operations across the office. Your daily responsibilities include:<ul><li>
Providing first-level IT support to employees (hardware, software, network).</li><li>
Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT devices, systems, and applications.</li><li>
Managing user accounts, permissions, and access through Active Directory and M365.</li><li>
Coordinating with regional IT teams for escalations, system updates, and project rollout.</li><li>
Monitoring IT assets, ensuring inventory accuracy and lifecycle management.</li><li>

What are we looking for?

Technical Skills:

Experience with IT ticketing systems and troubleshooting methodologies.
Familiarity with Active Directory, basic security protocols, and device management.

Qualifications</h2></div><div>
Skills are typically acquired through successful completion of high school or similar education and 1 year of experience as a Service Operator-L&amp;P, II. Licensure to drive commercial equipment may be required in certain locations. Successful completion of Well Control Accreditation Program may be required (Optional). Successful completion of water survival training may be required. Given the nature of oil field service work, the ability to communicate effectively with others is necessary. The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division is required. Basic reading comprehension and writing skills are required. Basic computer skills are required. Must be knowledgeable on HMS standards and guidelines for PSL personnel.
