The PACS Administrator's role is to perform all related activities for supporting the organization's Picture Archiving and Communications System (PACS). This includes preparing images for digital archiving and assuring the quality control of medical diagnostic images and files. The PACS Administrator is also responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all PACS associated hardware and software while ensuring its optimal performance. This position requires a person be able to manage multiple tasks and troubleshoot a variety of issues on a daily basis. A solid background in PACS hardware and software is a preferred requirement of the job. The PACS Administrator, along with PACS systems, needs to support/coordinate with other departments any and all technology related issues that are impacting direct patient care. This would involve collaboration and coordination with direct care providers, IS and Biomed as an example.

Required Qualifications:
<ul><li>2 years experience in PACS, diagnostic workstation station technology or information technology</li>
<li>Experience setting up and customizing local workstations.</li>
<li>Experience working on and updating 3D workstations (Siemens and GE).</li>
<li>Excellent technical knowledge of image capture and archiving technologies.</li>
<li>Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting experience with radiology applications.</li>
<li>Previous exposure working in a large PACS environment.</li>
<li>Good knowledge of current network protocols, data transfer systems, including TCP/IP, DICOM, HL7, etc. PACS equipment support.</li>
<li>Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and healthcare guidelines.</li>
<li>Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of applicable document retention (ISO 9001) and copyright laws.</li>
<li>Familiarity with project management techniques and procedures.</li>
<li>High understanding of confidentiality and data privacy laws, as well as federal legislations such as HIPAA.</li>
<li>Understanding of organizations goals and objectives.</li>
<li>Must have a customer service mindset.</li>
</ul>Preferred Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Radiologic Technology</li>
<li>Upon hire: Certified Imaging Informatics Professional (CIIP) from the American Board of Imaging Informatics (ABII) or equivalent</li>

Job Summary and Qualifications</h5> 
As the Executive Administrative Assistant, you will use your impeccable customer service skills to assist leadership as they provide oversight of the day-to-day functions in the hospital. Our team supports each other like family, and we are looking for someone who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do.
In this role:<ul><li> 
You will develop and maintain the database for all hospital contracts. Database to be updated continually as new contracts/agreements are initiated and renewed. 
</li></ul> 
<ul><li>You will manage the Directors&rsquo; and Manager&rsquo;s offices to include maintaining filing systems and performing a wide variety of clerical/secretarial duties.</li></ul><ul><li> 
You will coordinate appointment calendars for the senior leaders. 
</li></ul> 
<ul><li>You will monitor contract database on a monthly basis to see what contracts are coming due and when. Makes appropriate administrator aware of contract expiration dates and waits for direction as to whether or not the contract is to be renewed, revised or terminated. 
</li></ul> 
<ul><li>You will oversee proper medical and office supply ordering by each department designee.</li></ul><ul><li> 
You will ensure updated forms/orders are available to each unit.</li></ul><ul><li> 
You will work with hospital materials management department to ensure proper supply processing.</li></ul><ul><li> 
Maintains and sustains professional ethics and promotes patient&rsquo;s bill of rights.</li></ul><ul><li> 
Organizes and completes work in a timely and professional manner</li></ul> 
Qualifications:<ul><li> 
Basic Knowledge of Medical terminology preferred. 
</li></ul> 
<ul><li>Three years of experience in a hospital setting preferred. 
</li></ul> 
<ul><li>Associate&rsquo;s degree preferred. 
</li></ul>

Job Summary and Qualifications</h5>
As a Human Resources Coordinator you will give local HR support to employees and be the face of the HR office. You will guide employees seeking HR transactional support to the correct self-service portal and/or the HR service center. You will support the HR Business Partner team and managers in collecting and coordinating information. You will help in local tasks which cannot be completed by the HR service center.
What you will do in this role:<ul><li>
You will assist local employee engagement and community events or activities, coordinate employee recognition and service award events or program implementation.</li><li>
Support implementation of department or facility action plans as a result of engagement survey results.</li><li>
Maintain local hiring processes by posting jobs locally, facilitating onsite interview process, and revising job descriptions.</li><li>
You will coordinate local orientation programs and assist with content delivery.</li><li>
Provide program support to compliance initiatives by gathering information and helping with preparation for compliance audits.</li><li>
Maintain learning and development activities at the facility.</li><li>
You will manage benefits enrollment at the location by setting up information sessions and directing employees to the appropriate web and call center resources.</li><li>
Assist in equipping managers for the salary and incentive planning process.</li><li>
Aid employees with return to work from Leaves of Absence or Workers&rsquo; Comp by performing tasks which cannot be performed by the HR Service Center</li></ul>
What you should have for this role:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree required</li><li>
