   Reports to Distribution &amp; Logistics. The role requires extensive collaboration, reporting, and engagement with local and regional stakeholders, both internal and external.

   Hybrid office environment. Position will require domestic travel to DC, 3PLs. May require travel within T&uuml;rkiye.

   Physical activities: DC visits, use of computer.

   Role requires strong understanding of Customs procedures and processes in T&uuml;rkiye, including Tareks processes.

  About You

   University degree preferred
  </li>
  <li>
   Minimum 5 years work experience in distribution and logistics
  </li>
  <li>
   Knowledge of Customs procedures and processes
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong analytical capability, with &ldquo;business case&rdquo;, data- driven approach to decision making
  </li>
  <li>
   In depth knowledge of key distribution and logistics processes with up-to-date knowledge of technology and current best practices.
  </li>
  <li>
   Good understanding of logistics and trade compliance within T&uuml;rkiye.
  </li>
  <li>
   Able to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and matrix reporting organization with minimum supervision
  </li>
  <li>
   An excellent communicator (English and local languages) and a team player who collaborates and builds relationships effectively across various functions/teams.
  </li>
  <li>
   Takes initiative to develop and implement solutions.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to influence across organizational boundaries.
  </li>
  <li>
   Detail oriented. Strong interpersonal skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with Database applications, Microsoft Excel, MS Office applications.
  </li>

   Leadership Abilities: Monitors and evaluates 3PL performance, providing regular feedback.
  </li>

   Communication and Collaboration: Coordinates with other departments or teams to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and synergy, resolving conflicts and making decisions as needed. Communicates departmental updates, progress, and achievements to senior management and stakeholders.
