The medical acute care unit has twenty-five-beds for patients, and is located in Boston, MA. A majority of patients are admitted directly from the Emergency Department and have single or multi-system problems including, but not exclusively, alterations in gas exchange, airway clearance, cardiac function, renal function, nutrition, hepatic function, skin integrity and mental states.<br>

This is a full-time, overnight pharmacist position (schedule structure is seven consecutive days staffing, followed by seven consecutive days off) based out of central pharmacy. You will be responsible for taking care of Pre and Post-operative highly acute cardiac patients, along with children who have cardiac medical needs in the intensive care unit.
