As a Technician, you will support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence within your store. Technicians operate as part of the pharmacy team through consistent application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), best practices, and effective communication. Throughout their shifts and in all customer and colleague interactions, they demonstrate genuine care and contribute to a safe and inclusive culture where all people feel valued and empowered.
Once in role, Technicians are required to complete a rigorous company training program and satisfy all registration, licensing, and certification requirements according to their State&rsquo;s Board of Pharmacy guidelines. Until the Pharmacy Technician has completed all necessary requirements, duties may be restricted by the Pharmacy Manager.
A Technician is responsible for contributing to safe and effective operations of the pharmacy, including but not limited to:<ul><li>
Living our purpose by following all company SOPs at each workstation to help our Pharmacists manage and improve patient health</li><li>
Following pharmacy workflow procedures at each pharmacy workstation (i.e., production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off) for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment</li><li>
Contributing to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and genuine care: creating heartfelt and personalized moments while serving patients at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone; keeping patients healthy by offering immunizations and other services at the register and over the phone; and demonstrating compassionate care by solving or escalating patient problems</li><li>
Completing basic inventory activities, as permitted by law, and as directed by the pharmacy leadership team, such as accurately putting away medication deliveries and completing cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, waiting bin inventories, etc.</li><li>
Contributing to a high-performing team, embracing a growth mindset, and being receptive to feedback; actively seeking opportunities to expand clinical and technical knowledge needed to better assist patients</li><li>

Where permissible, the Pharmacy Technician may also support immunizations, which includes the following responsibilities:<ul><li>
Completing additional licensure and training requirements, in compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations, to obtain Technician Immunizer status to support preparing and administering vaccines</li><li>
Educating patients about the importance of vaccines and referring patients to the Pharmacist-on-duty for vaccination questions</li><li>
Monitoring for, and responding to, adverse reactions; reporting adverse reaction events per public health requirements</li><li>
Reviewing and collecting patient information; tracking and documenting for each applicable patient</li><li>
Monitoring and managing vaccine supplies</li></ul>
Required Qualifications:<ul><li>

The Department of Medicine, Section of Nephrology is seeking a Research Assistant to work within Dr. Jin Wei&rsquo;s research team. We are a basic research group focused on the role of the juxtaglomerular apparatus in regulating renal hemodynamics and systemic blood pressure.
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Research Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities include performing experiments, taking care of animals, collecting and analyzing data, maintaining accurate research records, and assisting with general laboratory operations. The RA will also support the principal investigator and research team in executing research projects, interpreting experimental results, and preparing data for presentations, manuscripts, and grant application.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul>
<li>
Assists in data collection and provides feedback on study&rsquo;s progress.</li>
<li>Recruits subjects to participate in the study by using approved methodologies, such as, reaching to healthcare providers for referrals, visiting clinics, sending mailouts, using approved advertisements, etc.</li>
<li>Conducts the enrollment of study participants, including explaining research procedures, and obtaining informed consent of subjects and/or their families.</li>
<li>Schedules appointments of study participants; conducts reminder phone calls and/or sends mailouts. Obtains and distributes payment vouchers for participant reimbursements/participation.</li>
</ul>
Administrative<ul>
<li>
Responsible for the administrative aspects of the research study, including: managing program records and handling communication needs of the program.</li>
<li>Prepares and maintains Institutional Review Board (IRB) approvals and correspondence, including amendments and renewals as necessary.</li>
<li>Perform administrative duties associated with the study&rsquo;s Data Monitoring and Safety Board, tracking and reporting adverse events and collecting data specified by the DSMB. Responsible for all other administrative duties related to research activities.</li>

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree is required. Major in a field related to the research is preferred.</li></ul>
EXPERIENCE:<ul>
<li>
Prior experience in wet-lab research is preferred.</li>
<li>
Experience working with animal models (e.g., mice) or willingness to learn animal handling and surgical techniques preferred.</li>
<li>
Experience with molecular biology, biochemistry, or physiology techniques (such as PCR, Western blot, histology, cell culture, or microscopy) is a plus.</li>
</ul>
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS<ul>
<li>
Ability to follow detailed experimental protocols and maintain accurate research records.</li>
<li>
Strong organizational and analytical skills.</li>
<li>
Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).</li>
<li>
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with data analysis or statistical software is a plus.</li>
<li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a research team.</li>
<li>
Must be able to follow laboratory safety procedures and institutional animal care regulations.</li>
<li>
Must be able to maintain accurate and confidential research records.</li>

Compensation Range:
$16.35- $22.84

 Adams Clinical is a rapidly growing research site network specializing focused on late phase industry-sponsored trials of novel treatments for a variety of psychiatric and neurological conditions, supporting both inpatient and outpatient studies. Adams Clinical Site Network has locations in Watertown, MA; Boston, MA; Harlem, NY; Bronx, NY; Philadelphia, PA; and Dallas, TX.
 
 
 We are seeking entry-level applicants for the Clinical Research Assistant role at our Boston location. This role is ideal for entry-level candidates interested in learning clinical research operations, contributing to study execution, and developing foundational skills in patient interaction, data management, and regulatory compliance.
 
 
 The Clinical Research Assistant (RA) provides foundational support in the conduct of clinical trials at the site level. Working under the direct supervision of a CRC II, CRC III, or Site Manager, the RA assists with operational, administrative, and participant-facing tasks to ensure studies run smoothly and in accordance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and protocol guidelines. This role is an ideal entry point for individuals seeking to gain hands-on experience in clinical research.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Support study start-up activities, including supply inventory, document preparation, and site initiation readiness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with participant screening workflows as delegated, including scheduling screening visits and collecting basic information such as demographics, medical history, and other study-relevant details to support eligibility assessment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule and prepare for participant visits, including source prep, lab kits, and CRFs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as a participant liaison&mdash;confirm appointments, coordinate transportation, and maintain ongoing communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 Escort and assist participants during on-site visits; perform vital signs, ECGs, and specimen collection/processing as trained.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete accurate, ALCOA+-compliant source documentation for delegated procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform data entry into EDC systems and assist with query resolution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain study binders, charts, and logs; support supply management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accurate capture and upload of paper source documents into eSource systems in accordance with site processes and regulatory requirements, supporting long-term retention and audit readiness.

 Obtain, track, and manage medical releases, as well as medical and pharmacy records from external providers as needed, in accordance with site SOPs and protocol requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support CRCs during monitoring visits and assist with preparing documentation and materials to ensure audit and inspection readiness.

 <li>
 Assist with investigational product (IP) accountability tasks as needed and where applicable, gaining exposure to IP handling, tracking, and documentation under the direct supervision of CRC staff, while ensuring adherence to protocol and site SOPs.

 Develop proficiency in site SOPs, institutional policies, and GCP requirements to build foundational knowledge in compliant research practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in collecting and entering study data into trackers, logs, and EDC systems, focusing on accurate and timely data collection.

 Support CRCs in maintaining accurate records and updating study metrics.
