The Field Service Engineer for BD Pyxis Dispensing Devices is accountable for independently providing efficient and effective field service support to all BD dispensing customers within a given territory in a timely manner, including, but not limited to service and repair, preventative maintenance, calibration, installations, and limited cross-functional support for Sales and Implementation teams.
The Field Service Engineer is a remote field-based position with daily travel to our customer locations within the assigned territory. Commit to ongoing professional development through continuous training on company products and applications, attending management-approved seminars and training sessions with the goal of advancing skills and progressing to the next career level within 3-5 years.</li></ul>
