Must understand simple and complex College Budgets and forecasts; should possess strong knowledge of Expenditure Subaccounts, verify correct expense account are used relative to the transaction for all procurement, Accounts Payable, and other related requests.<br>

Make purchases for routine goods and services as permitted under HCC&rsquo;s Procurement Card Program and work with HCC District and college budget analyst to reconcile and code all Purchasing card transactions on time.<br>
<br>
Perform receiving function within the financial management software and work with inventory control to ensure appropriate tagging of all assets acquired.<br>
<br>
Exemplify open and collaborative working relationships with HCC District Procurement, observe district set policies and procedures, and successfully resolve day-to-day procurement related issues with vendor community, program directors, district procurement, and account payables.<br>

May require work over 40 hours and may travel locally.<br>

This position reports directly to the Executive Director.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>Program Management &amp; Delivery</b></p><ul><li>Oversee the daily operation of the Entryway Houston program, including candidate screening, training coordination, participant support, and volunteer engagement.</li><li>Manage the participant roster and oversee training enrollment, resume development, interview preparation, and coaching.</li><li>Design, plan, and facilitate (or co-facilitate) workshops, hands-on training activities, hiring events, and partner engagement experiences that support strong program outcomes.</li><li>Maintain a structured and positive participant experience, ensuring clear communication, timely support, and a motivating environment throughout the program cycle.</li><li>Strengthen and maintain collaborative partnerships with industry employers, hiring managers, HR leaders, and recruiters to support a seamless recruitment-to-placement process.</li><li>Coordinate participant hiring and onboarding processes, ensuring both participant and employer satisfaction and addressing any needs or barriers that arise.</li><li>Provide ongoing aftercare support to placed participants through scheduled check-ins, site visits, and proactive coaching to support job retention and long-term stability.</li></ul><p><b>Partnerships, Outreach &amp; Community Engagement</b></p><ul><li>Build and maintain productive relationships with referral sources, community partners, volunteers, training partners, and industry stakeholders.</li><li>Gather and develop participant success stories, testimonials, and qualitative data to support communications, development, and grant reporting needs.</li><li>Support donor cultivation and stewardship activities through participation in events, facility tours, and relationship-building opportunities.</li><li>Represent Entryway Houston at community events, meetings, and industry functions to strengthen visibility, partnerships, and recruitment pipelines.</li></ul><p><b>Data, Evaluation &amp; Compliance</b></p><ul><li>Maintain accurate program data and participant records using client management systems, such as TraxSolutions and others.</li><li>Ensure compliance with reporting, tracking, evaluation, and funder requirements.</li><li>Monitor program outcomes, identify trends, and collaborate with leadership to recommend improvements or adjustments.</li><li>Support market-level goals and initiatives by contributing insights, performance data, and recommendations.</li></ul><p><b>Operational &amp; Organizational Support</b></p><ul><li>Contribute to strategic planning conversations related to program growth, curriculum enhancements, and partner engagement.</li><li>Collaborate with staff across markets and with national Entryway teams to share best practices and strengthen organizational consistency.</li><li>Assist with marketing and social media content related to program events, participant milestones, and employer partnerships (as needed).</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.</li></ul><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><p><b>Required</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) required; must be able to read, write, and speak Spanish proficiently</li><li>Demonstrated passion for Entryway&rsquo;s mission of advancing economic mobility through employment, housing, and career development opportunities.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across diverse audiences (participants, employers, volunteers, and community partners).</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills; <li>Participate in supplier qualification processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.</li>

<div><b>Purchase Order (PO) and Procurement Documentation</b></div>

<li>Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) using Enerflex's procurement system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems).</li>

<li>Ensure timely and accurate processing of procurement documents, including contracts, invoices, and delivery schedules.</li>
<li>Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams (engineering, operations) to resolve discrepancies in orders, shipments, or invoicing.</li>
