Position Summary:
The Procurement Specialist III is responsible for overseeing and executing complex procurement tasks. This role involves managing large, high-profile EPC projects, sourcing materials, maintaining procurement logs, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and vendors. The Procurement Specialist III plays a key role in resolving issues related to material procurement and subcontractors and supports the Procurement Department in achieving operational goals. 
Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to support operational goals, reduce costs, and ensure reliable supply chains.</li><li>
Source and procure materials required by engineering and project management teams for large and high-profile EPC projects.</li><li>
Independently manage procurement processes for large-scale projects, including material sourcing, purchase orders, and vendor negotiations.</li><li>
Maintain and update purchase order logs and project-related spreadsheets, ensuring accurate tracking of procurement activities.</li><li>
Establish, monitor, and refine procurement procedures that support quality, delivery, and cost efficiency objectives.</li><li>
Oversee the subcontracts process during both the planning and execution phases of projects, ensuring compliance, alignment with project goals, and timely execution.</li><li>
Collaborate with internal departments such as Engineering, Project Management, and Finance to support cross-functional project needs.</li><li>
Maintain confidentiality and uphold high ethical standards in all procurement activities and business dealings.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned by management, appropriate to the role and business needs.</li><li>
Respond to phone calls, emails, and field questions regarding procurement tasks, offering solutions and clear information.</li><li>
Relay procurement-related information to other departments, ensuring seamless communication and timely updates.</li><li>
Perform additional tasks as assigned to support procurement operations.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
High school diploma, or equivalent, education is required</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or other applicable field is preferred</li><li>
