   Manage a classroom using our school wide discipline system;
  </li>

   Implement formal and informal assessments to track each individual student&rsquo;s progress and learning needs, adjust lesson plans accordingly and update grade book weekly;

   Analyze and use data from a variety of assessments (NWEA MAP, MCLASS, i-Ready) to implement personalized learning plans for all students and ensure student academic growth;
