DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><ul><li>
Develop and implement a comprehensive portfolio commercialization strategy for the pulsed-field ablation therapeutics NPI portfolio aligned with the overall business goals.</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional and US, EMEA and APAC regional teams to ensure consistent and impactful commercialization across all marketing channels.</li><li>
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and potential opportunities. Utilize insights to refine messaging and positioning of portfolio products.</li><li>
Develop value proposition (positioning and promotion) for new product/solution introductions, as well as formulate clinical claims development for new products, working with medical science and clinical specialists</li><li>
Drive holistic portfolio-level messaging and claims that resonate with target audiences. Lead disease state level workstreams and efforts to effectively communicate the nuances within specific therapeutic areas and the associated messaging and evidence needs</li><li>
Drive the cross-functional and cross-organizational delivery of the strategy and global product portfolio marketing plans, including value propositions, positioning, segmentation</li></ul><p><b>
REQUIREMENTS</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering or relative experience is required. Advanced degree (e.g., M.B.A.) is highly preferred.</li><li>
6 + years of related business experience in Electrophysiology or medical device marketing</li><li>
Previous experience in Medical Device or healthcare environment, with proven ability to learn complex technology and clinical applications is required.</li><li>
Experience developing and launching new products is required. The successful candidate will collaborate with US sales and OUS commercial organizations to execute plans and successfully launch programs and products.</li><li>
Experience in strategic marketing is strongly preferred.</li><li>
Previous experience in Healthcare Hardware Portfolio is highly preferred.</li><li>
Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>
