The Caterpillar Oil &amp; Gas and Marine Division has an exciting opportunity for a Product Marketing Specialist located in Houston, Texas. As a member of the Global Marketing Communications team, the Product Marketing Specialist supports the introduction and maintenance of product-focused marketing materials by collaborating with product managers, engineers and commercial and sales teams to ensure our products&rsquo; features and benefits messages are clearly communicated to the target audiences. <li>Establish and maintain strategic online partnerships</li>
<li>Lead meetings with all interested groups (marketing, products, legal, third-party service providers, etc.) to evaluate performance of products/services and identify any changes</li>
<li>Partner with other members of the digital team and external partners to drive traffic to the products/services and improve click-thru/purchases</li>
<li>Oversee A/B testing and multivariate testing implementation to optimize results</li>
<li>Create/manage SLAs (Service Level Agreements) to ensure customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Constantly consider and test other online product and service initiatives</li>
</ul>Managing Staff
<ul><li>Day to day management of staff including performance management, development, coaching, salary planning, succession planning, hiring, disciplining. Establishes annual goals that support department and company objectives.</li>
<li>Manage staff workload, priorities, and deadlines renegotiating as appropriate in a dynamic environment.</li>
<li>Responsible for ensuring ongoing staff training on processes, procedures, and policies.</li>
</ul>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Industrial Design or related field</li>
</ul>Experience:
<ul><li>At least nine (9) years&rsquo; developing digital products/services and e-Commerce experience</li>
<li>Experience with content management systems and integration with ecommerce platforms</li>
<li>Experience managing company-wide projects, managing stakeholders, leading meetings, developing project plans as well as delivering on-time and within budget.</li>
<li>Knowledge of outbound targeted campaign planning and execution for the business-to-consumer space</li>
<li>Understanding of coding principles and web technologies</li>
<li>Experience with SEO and conversion strategies</li>
</ul>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities:
<ul><li>Analytical and business acumen; quick to recognize trends and revenue opportunities</li>
<li>Clear and articulate verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to delegate, manage, and prioritize the work of others as well as self-manage workload to achieve deadlines; re-negotiating as appropriate in a dynamic environment</li>
