SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, coordinate, monitor and assist in the implementation of marketing initiatives which includes but are not limited to:<ul><li>
SEM: Ability to lead, develop, implement, and then expand (based on ROI) a paid search program. The SEM strategy is expected to be a component of a larger integrated marketing campaign as well as to be a standalone and ongoing program.</li><li>
SEO &amp; LLM Optimization: Ability to Lead the development and execution of strategies to increase top-10 keyword rankings and brand visibility within AI-generated responses (LLM Optimization). This includes auditing content for &quot;answer engine&quot; compatibility, optimizing for search volume, and managing inbound/outbound linking to build authority across traditional and generative search platforms.</li><li>
Website Editing and Content Creation: While the role is intended to focus on SEM, SEO and LLM we are looking for someone with broader experience and the ability to get involved in supporting website development and edits and other ad-hoc digital marketing areas as needed.</li><li>
Lead Generation: It is expected that SEM, SEO and AEO will be a primary driver of generating MQLs and SQLs. The Specialist will be responsible for implementing tactical plans to deliver the maximum number of quality leads that convert to sales funnel opportunities and revenue.</li><li>
Tactic level expertise: This role will be the subject matter expert for SEM, SEO, AEO website maintenance and development. Experienced in preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly KPI reports on digital marketing efforts.</li></ul>
Requirements:

 SEM &amp; SEO experience within a B2B marketing environment -Experience for brands with a solution based go to market strategy that includes some type of high value technical hardware/equipment + service with a sector/industry concentration.
Martech familiarity - Comfortable working with Tracking Data Analysis tools, WordPress CMS and Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM tools.
Capability building, backed by results - As part of the interview process, candidates will be asked to provide supporting KPIs that demonstrate their knowledge and success from past campaigns.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Event Marketing Coordinator to help plan, execute and track Meriplex&rsquo;s national and regional event strategy. This role supports demand-generation events, ranging from trade shows and conferences to executive dinners, webinars, and regional/local company events.

The ideal candidate is equal parts project manager and creative thinker&mdash;someone who can juggle logistics, maintain vendor relationships, coordinate internal teams, and ensure every event drives measurable ROI. Responsibilities:

<li>Plan, manage, and coordinate all event types, including industry tradeshows, webinars, client dinners, regional roundtables, and sales-driven regional/local events.</li>
<li>Work closely with sales and marketing leadership to define event strategy by territory, vertical or solution focus.</li>

Education and Experience Requirements:
