   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in electrical engineering (preferred) or similar technical discipline.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong general management capability, including P&amp;L ownership, strategic planning, and leadership.
  </li>

   Deep understanding of power utility automation and digital transformation.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven experience in turnkey services for substation automation, preferably covering:
  </li>

   <li>
    Communication systems
   </li>
   <li>
    Cybersecurity
   </li>
   <li>
    RTUs
   </li>
   <li>
    Tele-protection technologies
   </li>
   <li>
    Integration of HV/MV substations with control centers
   </li>

   Strong customer engagement and negotiation skills at senior levels, including EPC-based business models within the utility sector.
  </li>
  <li>
   Demonstrated people management experience leading technical and multidisciplinary teams.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across regions and global functions.
  </li>
  <li>
   Fluency in Arabic and English is absolute must for this role.
