Financial &amp; Risk Management:

Qualifications &amp; Experience
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in electrical engineering or a comparable technical discipline.</li>
<li>Proven senior leadership experience with P&amp;L responsibility and large, complex project portfolios.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of power utility automation, digital solutions, and EPC-based business models.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary, technical teams across regions.</li>
<li>Excellent senior-level customer, stakeholder, and negotiation skills.</li>
<li>Professional certifications such as PMP, PM@S, Six Sigma / Black Belt are preferred.</li>
